The continuous flow siphon is a mechanism used to separate floating coffee from heavy coffee. It has an inverted pyramidal shape. It uses the siphon principle, which is to enforce the pressure difference between two points and thus force the coffee to move. In this way, the heavy coffee sinks to the bottom of the tank, and the heavy coffee rises through the tube to exit the side of the tank. The greater the difference in height, there will be greater pressure and therefore more flow at the coffee outlet. This equipment remains full of water, and recirculation water is used for its operation, so with an efficient recirculation system, this tank will have almost zero water consumption.
